What You’ll Do:

• Define Product Strategy:

  Collaborate with tech and business leaders to shape product vision and roadmaps.

• Drive Execution:

  Build and launch MVPs quickly. Work closely with engineering to deliver high-impact features.

• Champion the User:

  Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven discovery to solve real problems.

• Lead Cross-Functional Teams:

  Align stakeholders, motivate teams, and ensure everyone is driving toward shared goals.

• Focus on Documentation & Clarity:

  Translate complex product and technical requirements into actionable plans for all stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–6 years of product management experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.

• B.Tech/BE + MBA

  from a top-tier institute (preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset – solid Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to work with engineering, analysts, and design teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Passion for data, user experience, and long-term product thinking.

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing associate PMs or analysts.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and building scalable front-end platforms.
