Use data, customer insights and partnership across PM, engineering, data science, user research and design disciplines to develop and deliver product improvements with hypothesis for growth, discovery and satisfaction in the M365 Copilot app (Windows/Mac).
Develop deep understanding of the business, our customers, and the competitive landscape through market and customer research.

Partner across engineering teams, design, marketing, and business execute on the roadmap — focus on rapid iteration, learning and improvement.

Define clear metrics and projected impact for all investments using a product and customer led growth approach.
