Product Manager II

The role requires you to contribute towards driving the Product Vision that caters to cross-domain market needs with strong business viability, aligning with the Product/Platform Portfolio and guidance from Managers. You will assist Managers in delivering the desired product and platform outcomes from initial conception to implementation and support. As a strong evangelist of the Product & Platforms Divisions Vision and Philosophy, you will actively contribute to driving the product vision approach after conducting thorough product research and discovery through modern product discovery practices. You will be responsible for performing primary and secondary research, executing and tracking the product/platform strategy, ensuring clear translation of Product Value Roadmap of deliverables, and drafting user stories that are clearly understood by cross-functional product teams. Your role will involve gathering and prioritizing product requirements, ensuring adherence to the Product Value Roadmap set by Product Managers and Product Leadership, and tracking/driving Product Metrics and success goals under the guidance of Managers. Collaboration with Product Team members comprising Product Design Technology & Data Science for product development execution will be essential. Adherence to modern product management practices and standards, providing periodic status updates, supporting Product Managers and Senior Product Managers in product demos, and assisting in achieving the Product OKRs will also be part of your responsibilities. Measures of success will include adherence to agreed product roll-out timelines, achievement of Product Metrics and OKRs, Product Team Performance, and the number of domain and product certifications. You will be expected to plan to develop outstanding products and platforms with strong research enabling sound Product Discovery, co-facilitate Discovery Sprints, write impressive user stories, execute feasibility risk mitigations, and adhere to Product OKRs. Furthermore, you will facilitate sound user research across target market segments, influence the implementation of design user-centric experiences, define user experience, research the market for competitive advantages, define and articulate unique product and business differentiation, assist in implementing GTM strategies, protect assets, inspire Product teams, communicate with diverse groups, influence change, understand and use tech stacks and exponential technologies, employ the latest technology in product management, understand different product management and development approaches, and create market, customer, and competition research based on market trends and competitive strategies. Your skills should include the ability to understand and articulate core messaging and value propositions, support product demos, define user experience, create user stories, conduct market research, motivate the team, and possess knowledge in domain/industry, technology trends, user story writing, product documentation, people management, and technology trends.,
