Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the Product Vision that caters to cross-domain market needs while ensuring strong business viability. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the product vision approach through thorough research, executing and tracking product/platform strategies, translating product value roadmap into deliverables, drafting user stories, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and ensuring adherence to product metrics set by the Product Managers and Leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to drive product development, track product metrics and success goals, and provide periodic updates on modern product management practices and standards. To measure the outcomes of your efforts, you will be evaluated based on adherence to product roll-out timelines, achievement of product metrics and OKRs, product team performance, and the number of domain and product certifications obtained. Your primary outputs are expected to include developing outstanding products and platforms through strong research, facilitating discovery sprints, writing user stories, executing feasibility risk mitigations, and adhering to product OKRs. You will also be responsible for designing and delivering a vast end-user experience, conducting user research, implementing user-centric experiences, defining user experience, and researching the market to gain a competitive advantage. In addition, you will be tasked with managing business strategies to acquire additional markets, protecting assets, mitigating risks, managing teams, inspiring communication and change, utilizing technology stacks effectively, employing the latest technology trends in product management, and utilizing various methods in product management effectively. Your skills will be evaluated based on your ability to articulate product messaging and value propositions, support product demos, define user experiences, create user stories, conduct market research, motivate teams, and more. Your knowledge should encompass domain/industry knowledge, technology trends, user story writing, market trends, product documentation, people management, and technology trends and architectures. As a Product Owner, you will be based in an offshore location (Kochi, Trivandrum, Chennai) and will be responsible for owning the vision, roadmap, and backlog for end-to-end Enrollment and Billing suites. Your key responsibilities will include defining and socializing a unified roadmap, writing and prioritizing epics, features, and user stories, stakeholder alignment, governance, user experience, integration, and more. You are expected to have at least 7+ years of experience in US healthcare Enrollment and/or Billing products, expertise in Agile/Scrum, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and relevant educational background in Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.,
