Product Manager II

technically strong, execution-driven Product Manager

You will lead a small but sharp product team (3–5 PMs + Designers) and drive high-impact product initiatives across Awign’s gig-workforce and enterprise solutions ecosystem.

What You’ll Own

1. Product Strategy & Execution

• Translate business goals into clear product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Drive 0–1 and 1–100 product journeys across multiple verticals.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and ensure consistent product delivery.

2. Technical Ownership

• Leverage your full-stack background to work closely with engineering on architecture, PRDs, and implementation feasibility.
• Ship products, prototypes, POCs, and workflows using modern tools such as

  Cursor, Lovable.dev, Supabase, n8n, OpenAI, GitHub Actions

  , etc.
• Break down complex technical requirements into developer-ready specs.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Operations, Growth, Business, Finance, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams.
• Run structured discussions and drive decision-making across stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

4. Documentation & Process

• Write world-class PRDs, FRDs, process flows, BRDs, and functional specs.
• Maintain structured documentation that scales across teams.
• Work with design to convert requirements into clean UX flows and prototypes.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and upskill

• Conduct reviews, define best practices, and maintain high product quality.
• Create clarity, remove blockers, and guide the team through uncertainty.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

• 2+ years experience as a Full-Stack Developer

  (React/Node/NextJS/TypeScript preferred).

• 2+ years experience as a Product Manager

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong product thinking, problem-solving, systems design, and execution skills.
• Experience using modern AI-native tools and no-code/low-code accelerators (Cursor, Lovable.dev, Supabase, Make/n8n, Retool, OpenAI APIs, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple stakeholders & cross-functional complexity.
• Excellent documentation, articulation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify and structure ambiguous problem statements.

Good-to-Have

• Experience in gig-economy, workforce platforms, marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B products.
• Strong data understanding—SQL, Supabase, sheet-based automation, dashboards.
• Ability to manage high-velocity builds with limited engineering bandwidth.
• Prior experience leading junior PMs or cross-functional teams.
