Key Responsibilities: · Assist in defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. · Take ownership of product modules or workflows (e.g., lead generation, supplier onboarding, buyer experience, or transaction flow). · Collaborate with cross-functional teams – tech, design, sales, and operations – to launch and improve product features. · Develop a deep understanding of our B2B buyers and sellers—identify their pain points and craft solutions that scale · Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) · Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product improvements. · Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel. · Collaborate with marketing and sales to roll out product launches effectively · Stay updated with industry trends and competitor platforms. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. MBA is a plus. 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environment .
