Role Description

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive end-to-end ownership of key product lines at HungerBox. You will lead strategic initiatives that shape the evolution of our platform across B2B, B2C, and operations experiences. The ideal candidate brings strong product intuition, customer empathy, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable product outcomes. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, design, and business teams to define and deliver high-impact product roadmaps that accelerate HungerBox’s growth and innovation agenda.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and execute the product vision and strategy for one or more core product areas.
• Translate business goals and user insights into clear product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering and design to drive product development from discovery to launch.
• Prioritize eectively among competing demands using structured frameworks and strong business judgment.
• Lead discovery and validation of new opportunities through user research, experiments, and data insights.
• Drive adoption, engagement, and retention through continuous iteration and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, and client success) to ensure product-market fit and smooth rollouts.
• Mentor Associate/Junior PMs and contribute to building product culture and best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For?

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech-first B2B/B2C environment.
• Proven success in taking products from concept to scale-with measurable business or user impact.
• Strong understanding of product design, user experience, and agile development.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability-comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Passion for food-tech, digital transformation, and creating products that users love.
• MBA from a premier institute is preferred
