Product Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to drive the design,development, and scale-up of chatbots, mobile apps, CRM tools, and AI-led experiences for staff andcustomers. The role sits at the intersection of technology, design, and customer experience, and willdirectly influence InPrimes growth and automation roadmap.You will collaborate with multiple stakeholdersincluding tech, credit, growth, customer success, andmarketingto create simple, data-driven, and human-centred financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1 Own the roadmap for Mobile app, Loan Journeys, Chatbots, CRM, and AI-led experiences2 Drive product discovery, design thinking and growth experiments3 Convert ideas into user stories, wireframes, and prototypes4 Work with Tech and Data teams to build AI Agent and LLM-based tools to enhance automation andpersonalization5 Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless UI/UX delivery6 Analyse user behaviour, feedback, and data to improve adoption and retention

Skills & Qualifications
1 3-5 years in Product Management (fintech or consumer tech)2 Hands-on with UI/UX, wireframing, and prototyping tools (Figma/Miro)3 Basic programming experience and familiarity with APIs and low code platforms4 Well-versed with prompt engineering using AI tools for Prototyping, Designing & basic journeybuilding5 Experience with Mobile App Journeys, Chatbots, CRM, or AI/LLM-driven products6 Strong grasp of design thinking, customer research, and growth strategy7 Analytical skills with impact driven mindset8 Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
