Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for MRI and CT contrast media
• Identify growth opportunities and launch new indications or SKUs in alignment with regional business priorities.
• Design and execute digital and on-ground campaigns to enhance brand visibility and demand generation.

2. Product Lifecycle Management

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product positioning, pricing strategy, phase-out, and transition plans.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, regulatory, and medical affairs teams for all promotional and scientific activities.

3. Stakeholder & KOL Engagement

• Drive KOL engagement strategies via CMEs, symposiums, advisory boards, and radiology congresses (e.g., IRIA).
• Collaborate with field teams to capture market insights and unmet needs from radiologists and diagnostic imaging leaders.

4. Sales Force Enablement

• Create impactful promotional tools, visual aids, objection handlers, and digital detailers.
• Conduct training programs to strengthen field force scientific messaging and objection-handling skills.

5. Market Intelligence & Business Analytics

• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and sales trends across key imaging centers and hospitals.
• Leverage data from IQVIA, secondary sources, and CRM tools to support decision-making and tactical adjustments.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with regulatory, medical, supply chain, finance, and digital teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Support business planning, sales forecasting, and budget management for the radiology business vertical.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior exposure to radiology, diagnostics, or contrast media products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to drive launch strategies, engage with HCPs, and work cross-functionally in a matrixed setup.
• Experience in product management within pharma, imaging, or medical device sectors
