Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: : Distributor Appointment : Identify and appoint new distributors for government institutions. Government Institution Management : Handle sales and relationships with central and state government institutions including DG, Command, and Railways. Demand Generation : Identify potential institutions, create demand for our products, and suggest modifications to product specifications as needed. Tender Management : Generate demand and float new tenders, monitor their progress, attend pre-bid and price negotiation meetings, and handle all related documentation. Key Meetings : Engage with key personnel in radiology and purchasing departments and ensure effective communication and follow-ups. EMD Refund Follow-ups : Ensure timely follow-ups for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) refunds. Progress Monitoring : Closely monitor the progress of tenders and sales activities. Will be responsible for Entire south Tender Activities. Preferred candidate Profile: : Proven track record in sales, particularly within the government sector. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government institutions. In-depth knowledge of the tender process, including bid preparation, submission, and negotiation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively. Proactive approach to identifying issues and generating solutions. Perks and benefits
