A highly driven Product Manager responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of product features and enhancements. This role focuses on requirement gathering, translating business needs into actionable user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and coordinating across UX, architecture, development, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases. The position requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of SDLC and Agile practices, and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration while aligning solutions to customer and business needs.

Key Points / Highlights

• Lead full lifecycle of product feature delivery from discovery to release.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and end users; translate into user stories and product specifications.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog based on business value and dependencies.
• Collaborate with UX, architects, and technical teams to ensure user-centric and scalable solutions.
• Drive Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, grooming.
• Monitor development progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee QA coordination and end-to-end testing for all enhancements.
• Manage release planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS/Business.
• 10+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis.
• Strong SDLC & Agile knowledge; proficient in writing user stories and specs.
• Experience with enterprise software, cloud, Java/Angular/AWS environments.

Preferred:

• Hands-on with Rally, ADO, Confluence, Figma.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
