Product Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a Product Manager who will drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our product initiatives.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, and business—to build products that deliver exceptional value to our users and align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights and market trends.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.

Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven decision-making.

Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.

Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user testing to validate ideas.

Ensure alignment between product goals and overall business objectives.

Communicate product updates and roadmap effectively across the organization.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5- 12 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in [IT/ Degital manufaturing].

Proven experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Passion for creating user-centric products and innovative solutions.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

Exposure to UI/UX design principles.

Technical background or experience working closely with development teams.
