Company Website- https://fluentinhealth.com/ Job Description: We're hiring a Product Manager to drive the development of our core health platform spanning mobile/web apps, backend systems, AI chatbot experiences, and health outcome algorithms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments, enjoys cross-functional problem-solving, and cares deeply about user impact. Responsibilities:Product Strategy: Shape and drive the roadmap across patient and provider-facing apps, backend services, and AI modules.Chat & UX: Partner with design and ML teams to evolve our AI health companion improving utility, trust, and engagement.Evaluation & Intelligence: Define frameworks and lead product work on evaluating LLM outputs, summarization quality, and clinical accuracy.User Experience: Ensure our apps are intuitive, reliable, and delightful across the patient journey onboarding, consultations, records, and follow-ups.Cross-functional Execution: Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, clinical, and ops teams to build, launch, and refine key features. Qualifications: 3-6 years of product management experience in B2C platforms experience in Healthtech, AI, or Conversational products is a strong plus.Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and AI systems you can zoom into technical details while keeping sight of user value.Data-informed, hypothesis-driven decision-maker with a bias toward action.Strong instincts for user experience, especially for mobile-first, multilingual Indian audiences.Excellent communicator who can align diverse stakeholders and build with urgency and care.Prior experience building evaluation systems for AI/LLM outputs.Exposure to Indian healthcare systems (e.g., working with doctors, patients, or medical data).Technical background or hands-on familiarity with ML workflows.
