We are the rocket fuel for other startups across the world, powering them with extremely high-quality software. We help entrepreneurs build their vision into beautiful software products (web/mobile). Role Overview We're seeking a Product Manager to join our Chennai team and drive product development from conception to launch. This role is perfect for someone with 1+ years of software experience who wants to own product features end-to-end in a collaborative, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Product Planning & Execution Own complete lifecycle of small-to-medium product features from discovery to post-launch analysis Write clear, concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with measurable success criteria Collaborate with design and engineering teams to define solutions and refine scope Use experimentation and hypothesis-driven approaches to validate ideas and iterate on MVPs Participate actively in QA cycles to ensure product quality and user experience alignment Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, business, operations, and customer support teams Communicate product decisions clearly across all organizational levels Participate in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives Manage stakeholder feedback loops and continuously refine features Product Thinking & Growth Apply structured, first-principles thinking to problem-solving Track and analyze product metrics post-release to identify improvement opportunities Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies Demonstrate builder mindset with proactive, resourceful approach to impact delivery What You'll Need Education & Experience Bachelor's/Master's degree with 1-5 years of experience Proven experience integrating customer needs, product design, and technology Skills & Qualities Go-getter attitude with passion for independent, creative problem-solving Strong ownership mentality and ability to bring clarity to decision-making Ruthless prioritization skills Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities for data-driven decisions Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Experience writing concise product requirements Work Environment Thrive in rapidly evolving startup environments Comfortable with high responsibility for business success Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced settings Why Join Us (Perks & Benefits) Health insurance Flexible work timings (you know when you’re at your best) Supercharged learning culture—become the best version of yourself Work with a fun, quirky team that loves to innovate Learn from the best and share your wisdom with us too—we grow together!
