Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
4–8 years of experience as a Product Manager in tech/SaaS, B2B, or consumer products.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and sprint planning.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to write clear product documentation (PRDs, specs, user stories).
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
Good communication and presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with AI/ML-enhanced products.
Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
UX/UI understanding with an eye for good design.
Track record of shipping customer-facing products with measurable success.
