We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the BFSI industry, with 1-6 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities. Manage and maintain existing products to ensure they remain competitive. Work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor and evaluate product performance to inform future decisions. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its trends. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with product development and launch is preferred. Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
