The Role

Product Manager

This isn’t a desk-only job—you’ll collaborate across time zones and teams, roll up your sleeves, and occasionally travel to spend real face time with engineers and creators. You’ll need strong user empathy, a bias for action, and the ability to stay calm and focused in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Do

• Own product development from

  problem discovery to shipped features

• Collaborate closely with

  engineering, design, content, and business teams

• Translate complex needs into clear

  product specs, roadmaps, and priorities

• Work directly with

  creators and internal teams

  to gather feedback and iterate
• Navigate ambiguity and tight timelines with

  confidence and clarity

• Travel as needed to collaborate with distributed teams and partners
• Champion the user—ensuring everything we build serves

  real creative needs

• Use

  metrics, intuition, and user input

  to inform product decisions

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience as a

  Product Manager

• Proven background in a

  high-tech, fast-paced environment

  (startups, scaleups, or similar)
• Deep

  user empathy

  and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working

  across time zones and functions

• Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and

  action-oriented

• Clear communicator with both

  technical and creative teams

• Willing to

  roll up your sleeves and lead by doing

Bonus Points for:

• Technical or science education (CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc.)
• Experience building

  media or content-related products

• Background in

  B2C product development

• Top-tier MBA or startup/operator experience
