Job Description

Role: Product Manager

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Experience: 5+ years

Notice Period: Immediate to 10 days (serving notice period preferred)

About the Role

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute
product vision and strategy
aligned with business goals.
Leverage
data analytics
to guide product decisions and optimize performance.
Translate complex datasets into actionable
product requirements and roadmaps
.
Drive
feature prioritization
and ensure clarity in intake and execution.
Partner with
engineering, data science, design, and business teams
to deliver scalable solutions.
Manage
Agile sprint cycles
, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Deliver measurable impact on KPIs through
data contracts, governance policies
, and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Prior analyst background
with expertise in SQL, ETL, and dashboard creation (Tableau, Excel).
5+ years of Product Management experience
, preferably in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain.
Strong technical and data skills: SQL, Tableau, Excel, data modeling.
Proven ability to work with
global stakeholders
and manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to
AI/ML-driven products
or initiatives.
Experience with
Agile methodologies
and tools like Jira or ClickUp.
Familiarity with
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
, data pipelines, and governance frameworks.
Strong interest in
continuous improvement and data-driven product operations
