About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager with strong fintech experience to drive the development and optimization of digital financial products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer needs, product strategy, and data-driven decision-making to enhance product performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Business) to define product requirements and priorities. Create and manage product backlogs , user stories , and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment . Analyze product performance using analytics tools such as Mixpanel , CleverTap , or similar platforms. Use SQL and data insights to make informed product decisions and track key metrics. Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of releases and continuous improvement. Monitor customer feedback and operational performance to identify improvement areas. Requirements 2–3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a Fintech or related domain. Strong understanding of digital financial products, user journeys, and customer behavior. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, CleverTap, Google Analytics, etc.). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Open to working 3 days from office (Delhi/NCR). Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital payments, lending, or investment products. Exposure to user research, A/B testing, and growth analytics.
