About the Role

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, and Business) to define product requirements and priorities.
• Create and manage 

  product backlogs

  , 

  user stories

  , and 

  acceptance criteria

   in an 

  Agile environment

• Analyze product performance using analytics tools such as 

  Mixpanel

  , 

  CleverTap

  , or similar platforms.
• Use 

  SQL

   and data insights to make informed product decisions and track key metrics.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of releases and continuous improvement.
• Monitor customer feedback and operational performance to identify improvement areas.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience

   as a Product Manager in a 

  Fintech

   or related domain.
• Strong understanding of digital financial products, user journeys, and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in 

  SQL

   for data querying and analysis.
• Experience working in 

  Agile/Scrum

   teams.
• Hands-on experience with 

  product analytics tools

   (e.g., Mixpanel, CleverTap, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Open to working 

  3 days from office

   (Delhi/NCR).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital payments, lending, or investment products.
• Exposure to user research, A/B testing, and growth analytics.
