Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales, and translate market requirements into innovative solutions that delight customers. You will define the product roadmap, conduct market and competitive analysis, prioritize features, and drive successful execution through agile methodologies and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Product management and roadmap planning, with experience defining and managing the product lifecycle
• Market research, competitive analysis, and the ability to identify and validate customer needs
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder communication, and agile project management skills
• Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and the RFP/tender process—or the ability to quickly learn technical concepts
• Problem-solving, critical thinking, and sound decision-making abilities
• Adaptability and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience with enterprise software solutions is a plus
• Open to all academic and professional backgrounds—fresh graduates (freshers) eager to learn and grow are welcome
