Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered solutions, generating leads, managing accounts, and executing consultative selling techniques. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and targeting new opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and delivering sales presentations, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Enterprise Sales experience
• Proficiency in Software Sales and Consultative Selling
• Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Preferable to have 0-1 experience at a startup
• Experience in Account Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and grow customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Compensation

• CTC Range: 20-25 LPA
• ESOPS: As per industry benchmarks
