About Facilio Facilio is a fast-growing SaaS company that helps large real estate portfolios run their operations efficiently. Our cloud-based platform brings together maintenance, sustainability, tenant experience, and other building operations into a single system of record—helping real estate teams improve performance and reduce costs. What You’ll Do You’ll own the entire onboarding journey for new customers—right from kickoff to go-live—ensuring they get maximum value from Facilio’s platform. Your role sits at the intersection of product understanding, customer insight, and execution. Own customer onboarding from initial discovery and BRD creation to implementation, UAT, and final rollout. Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, map them to Facilio modules, and identify what’s feasible within the product. Translate customer objectives into clear, detailed documentation (BRDs) and define project scope based on use cases and timelines. Own product configuration, integration coordination, and testing—ensuring every deployment is smooth and aligned with expectations. Prepare and execute test plans, coordinate UAT, and drive resolution of any issues or gaps. Create user guides, training material, and run end-user training sessions to support adoption. Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact throughout the onboarding journey, balancing technical depth with clear communication. Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to deliver value and ensure a smooth post-onboarding transition. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in a customer onboarding role at a SaaS product company. Experience as a salesforce developer would be a plus. Experience managing end-to-end onboarding/implementation cycles for enterprise customers. Strong understanding of requirement gathering, scope definition, and documentation best practices. Hands-on experience with configuration, UAT, testing, and training in a product environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with customer project leads, execs, and internal teams. Proficient in tools like JIRA, MS Office, and BPM software (Visio, BizAgi). Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a bias for scalable solutions. Experience in commercial real estate or enterprise building systems is a bonus. Show more Show less
