About the Role



Responsibilities



  • User Centric Mindset:

    You will be responsible for understanding customer needs as well as stay on top of the customer pulse via secondary insights - both qualitative and quantitative. Should have the capability to translate user feedback into actionable insights for product development.

  • Product Vision & Strategy:

    Should have the ability to define both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact. Product enhancement with a problem-first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach.

  • Product Development Life Cycle:

    Should have a strong understanding of stages that a product goes through from concept to market launch & beyond.

  • Ecosystem collaboration:

    Self-starter to collaborate closely with ecosystem players to co-build products that don’t exist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, risk, compliance) to develop and launch new card products.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, industry trends, and regulatory landscape for payments in India.

  • Tech Know-how:

    Strong knowledge of engineering practices in product development using Agile / Scrum principles.

  • Data-driven decision making:

    You will be responsible for using data and analytics to guide decisions about product development, enhancement, and in deciding the overall strategy of the product.
