Product Head - UPI

As a Product Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative UPI products, aligning the organization's strategic business objectives, and satisfying customer needs within the insurance vertical. You are expected to be resourceful, organized, and strategic, leading all aspects of product and product feature strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans across a diversified portfolio. Your role includes representing the product to customers and peers, managing the full design process, defining requirements for an end-to-end customer experience, and achieving expected business results within assigned projects. Your responsibilities in this role will include: - User Centric Mindset: Understanding customer needs and staying up to date with customer insights to translate feedback into actionable insights for product development. - Product Vision & Strategy: Defining long-term strategy and quarterly roadmaps to achieve the product vision with a problem-first, data-driven, and test & iterate approach. - Product Development Life Cycle: Having a strong understanding of the stages a product goes through from concept to market launch and beyond. - Ecosystem collaboration: Collaborating with ecosystem players to co-build products, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new card products. - Tech Know-how: Demonstrating strong knowledge of engineering practices in product development using Agile/Scrum principles. - Data-driven decision making: Using data and analytics to guide decisions about product development, enhancement, and overall product strategy. In this role, you will be a critical stakeholder for feedback on new feature ideas, ensuring the success of the product portfolio and positively impacting other initiatives. Your ability to lead the product strategy and drive innovation will be key in achieving business objectives and meeting customer expectations effectively.,
