Product Executive

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape for business solutions.

Product Development Support: Assist in the conceptualization and development of new telecom products and solutions tailored for enterprise clients.

Product Lifecycle Management: Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Networking Products(Routers, Switches, Firewall, SD-WAN, Wifi) & solutions, from ideation to launch, and ongoing improvements.

Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.

Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve existing solutions and identify opportunities for new offerings.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare product documentation, business cases, and performance reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with technical, sales, and support teams to ensure product alignment and successful deployment.

Compliance & Standards: Ensure products comply with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Individual Qualities:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in product management, sales, or business development within the telecom or ICT sector.

- Strong understanding of telecom solutions, network technologies, and enterprise customer needs.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback.

- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience with digital transformation and cloud-based telecom solutions.

- Knowledge of regulatory standards in the telecom industry.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
