While our core is B2B SaaS, many customer touchpoints now feel more like consumer apps (think delivery-partner flows). We move fast, prototype with AI, and believe design should accelerate—never slow—shipping.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end product design

  for web and mobile modules: discovery → journeys → pixel-perfect, developer-ready specs.

• Blend enterprise depth with consumer polish.

  One sprint you’re refining an ops dashboard; the next, you’re crafting a friction-free pickup flow.

• Prototype in FigmaandAI tools.

  PMs already draft quick flows with LLMs—your craft turns those ideas into best-in-class UX.

• Leverage AI design assistants

  (Figma AI, Claude, Magician, Galileo, etc.) to iterate 10× faster—copy, wireframes, variants, micro-interactions.

• Collaborate daily with PMs & engineers

  —stand-ups, sprint planning, design QA—while measuring outcomes with data.

• Evolve our design system

  —components, tokens, accessibility, motion, and AI-generated documentation.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years

  designing SaaS or mobile-first products.
• Deep Figma skills (components, auto-layout, interactive prototyping).
• Hands-on experience using

  AI/LLM design helpers

  to speed ideation and production.
• Demonstrated success building B2C‑style mobile experiences for rider or delivery‑partner personas.
• Track record of turning complex B2B workflows into simple, delightful interfaces.
• Comfort tying design choices to business metrics (conversion, task success, NPS).
• Clear, concise communication—written and verbal.

Bonus Points

• Logistics, marketplace, or workforce-management domain knowledge.
• Motion design chops (Lottie, micro-interactions).
• Front-end literacy (React / Flutter).
• Experience scaling a design system with AI-powered docs.
