Own end-to-end design process for features or product areas: research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and testing
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and deliver user-centered solutions
Translate user insights and business goals into elegant, functional interfaces
Create design systems, maintain consistency across platforms, and contribute to UI libraries
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate quickly
Present work to stakeholders and articulate design decisions clearly
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging best practices

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design (flex based on seniority)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and clean UI execution
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Protopie, Framer, etc.)
Good understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience designing for web and mobile platforms
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development (a plus, not required)
Prior experience in a startup or SaaS environment
Experience working with or building design systems
Understanding of user research methodologies and tools
