💼 What You'll Do

• In your

  first 30 days

  , immerse yourself in the world of global trade — observe workflows, interview users, and map their processes at a micro level.
• Work with Product and Customer Success to uncover the real “jobs” users are hiring our product to do.
• Convert these insights into

  fat-marker user flows

  as part of our Shape Up process.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to finalize flows and translate them into

  elegant, usable interfaces

  .
• Build and evolve our

  core design system

  from the ground up — the foundation of a platform that simplifies international shipping.
• Rapidly

  prototype, test, and iterate

  on ideas — long before development begins.
• Continuously refine the user experience of existing products with a relentless eye for improvement.

🧠 What You Bring

• 2+ years

  of experience in UX/UI or product design (bonus if in B2B or enterprise SaaS).
• A portfolio that showcases not just beautiful UI, but thoughtful problem-solving and user impact.
• A knack for breaking down complex problems into

  simple, intuitive experiences

  .
• Strong visual design fundamentals — color, spacing, layout, hierarchy.
• Deep user empathy — you’re an advocate for their experience in every decision.
• A high sense of

  ownership and accountability

  — you don’t wait to be told, you lead.
• Stellar

  storytelling and communication

  skills — you inspire your team and bring designs to life.
