Position Overview Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the company and the government. departments, PSUs, and local bodies. Attend meetings with bureaucrats and administrative officers to understand procurement needs and project requirements. Present company products, solutions, and capabilities to Government stakeholders professionally. Coordinate internally to prepare technical and financial bids with accurate documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for preparing tender responses. technical proposals, and compliance documents. Liaise with government authorities, attend pre-bid meetings, follow up on tender status. Ensure compliance with Government procurement rules such as GFR. 2017 and CVC guidelines. Maintain professional rapport with officials through ethical communication and follow-ups. Represent the company in vendor meetings, pre-bid meetings, exhibitions, and procurement workshops. Perform any additional tasks, assignments, or responsibilities as instructed by the management, aligned with organizational goals, policies, and business requirements. This includes supporting cross- departmental initiatives, handling urgent tasks, and adapting to changing priorities while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company guidelines. Preferred Candidate Profile Strong understanding of Government procurement systems and tendering procedures. Experience working with Government departments or the public sector business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret GRs, circulars, procurement policies, and tender terms. Professional relationships with Government departments (used legally and ethically). Retired Government officers or candidates with Government background preferred. Additional Skills Strong drafting and documentation skills for proposals and tenders. Knowledge of AI tools for searching GRs, tenders, and policy documents. Ability to create high-quality presentations and product demonstrations. Understanding of Government budgeting cycles and procurement planning.
