Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of Government procurement systems and tendering procedures. Experience working with Government departments or the public sector business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret GRs, circulars, procurement policies, and tender terms. Professional relationships with Government departments (used legally and ethically). Retired Government officers or candidates with Government background preferred. Additional Skills Strong drafting and documentation skills for proposals and tenders. Knowledge of AI tools for searching GRs, tenders, and policy documents. Ability to create high-quality presentations and product demonstrations. Understanding of Government budgeting cycles and procurement planning.
