About the Role

Were hiring a Product Designer (Junior to Mid level) to help craft world-class user experiences for our AI-driven clinical research platforms. You'll design intuitive interfaces that simplify complex workflows, making AI insights accessible and actionable for users in life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful, usable, and elegant user experiences for AI-enabled products that support clinical research, medical documentation, and analytics.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and AI/ML experts to translate user needs and data outputs into effective workflows.
• Work through all stages of design—concepting, prototyping, visual design, and delivery.
• Ensure your designs promote transparency, clarity, and trust in AI-driven experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and collaborate on continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to Saama’s design system and help scale design standards across teams.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product or UI/UX design.
• Exposure to AI products, data visualization, or intelligent systems is a strong plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating solid UX thinking, attention to detail, and visual design skills.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design/prototyping tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and simplify them for users through intuitive design.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Degree in Design, HCI, or related discipline preferred.
