Job Description Technical Delivery Manager Saama Technologies Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of the Graph RAG system. Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to milestones. Establish and maintain strong communication with client technical leads, providing regular updates and addressing technical concerns. Offer technical leadership and expertise in Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j) and LLM-based applications. Collaborate with the team on architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and aligned with client requirements. Mitigate technical risks and address challenges proactively. Qualifications: Proven experience in technical project management and delivery, ideally within the AI/ML or data science domain. Strong understanding of Graph Databases and LLM-based systems. Experience with cloud-based development and deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Agile methodologies. Required Skills: Knowledge of Graph Databases (Neo4) - Experience with LLM-based systems - Proficiency in LangChain - API development and cloud deployment expertise - Experience managing engineering teams and Agile methodologies Desired Skills: Familiarity with LangChain and API development. Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD practices.
