We are looking for a Lead QA with over 7 years of experience in driving quality engineering across fast-paced, product-led environments. This is an individual contributor (IC) heavy role (80% IC, 20% mentoring) designed for someone who's passionate about building, scaling, and automating robust quality frameworks — not managing people, but mentoring them. You'll partner closely with engineering and product teams to ship fast and ship well.
