Role Overview:

As a Product Designer II, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced design team on various projects. You will contribute to the design process from concept to execution, helping to shape the user experience and visual design of our products. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while learning from industry professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-own solution design for industry problem statements faced by the thread.
• Efficiently Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
• Conduct usability testing to gather insights and feedback, also support with generative research requirements for the thread.
• Support the design team in developing and maintaining design systems and guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the design process.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
• Collaborate with Product Stakeholders to optimize cycle times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of product design experience working on scalable product solutions that are both customer & partner facing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including UI/UX projects.
• Expertise of problem-solving, and design implementation in terms of UI, UX, IA, Project Planning, & Execution excellence
• Experience with leading cross-functional initiatives for 0→1 products
• One of the work experience to be good pedigree
• Expertise of utilisation of Modern day Design Handoff mechanisms and processes [Design Tokens based]
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
