Product Designer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled & ambitious designer with at least 1+ years of experience in Visual

Design, UI Design, Interaction Design & Motion Design, with a deep skill set in at least one of them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and engaging communication unit, user interfaces and experiences. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our products & experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions.

What you’ll do:

● Drive the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications with guidance. Conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

● Create visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. Use design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.

● Design interactive elements that enhance user engagement. Create prototypes to demonstrate

functionality and user flow.

● Produce high-quality graphics, icons, and visual assets aligned with brand identity. Collaborate on marketing materials and presentations as needed.

● Partner with the user research team in usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design

decisions.

● Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

● Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in visual design, Interaction Design, Visual

Communication, or related field.

● Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Casual Design, UI/UX design,

interaction design, or similar roles.

● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),

Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. High proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and

working with Design System components

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience designing for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet). Deep understanding of user-centered and

data-driven design methodologies

● Familiarity with prototyping tools & the ability to create interactive prototypes and animations.

● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.

● Experience in designing complex and data-intensive products and platforms

● Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate design rationale and present ideas effectively.

● Experience working in cross-functional teams.

● A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI designs, interaction designs, and graphic works.
