Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and conceptual designs for new products, including lamp posts, luminaries, street furniture, gates, and other metal castings.
• Conduct extensive research and analysis to ensure designs are not only beautiful but also functional and value-adding.
• Collaborate with the in-house team of visualizers and craftsmen to bring concepts from ideation to execution.
• Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and align with the company's commitment to excellence and heritage value.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve product design.
• Work towards creating products that are both visually appealing and durable for long-term use.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of product designs.
• Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to product and industrial design.
• A strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, particularly metal casting and fabrication.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, handcrafted products.
