Job Title: Product & Textile Designer – Baby Products

We’re building a baby brand that celebrates comfort, safety, and thoughtful design — made especially for modern parents who care about what touches their baby’s skin. Our focus is on using natural, sustainable fabrics and beautiful, functional design to create essentials that feel as good as they look.

We’re a small, growing team and we’re looking for a creative product designer who’s excited to experiment, research, and bring new ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Develop:

• Dream up new baby products — from nests and pillows to swaddles and clothing.

• Turn ideas into sketches, detailed illustrations, and tech packs for sampling.

• Fabric & Material R&D:

• Explore baby-safe and eco-friendly fabrics like bamboo, muslin, and organic cotton.

• Test textures, weights, and finishes to make sure every product feels perfect.

• Work with vendors and mills to source or customize fabrics and trims.

• Digital Design:

• Create product illustrations, surface prints, and packaging visuals using Illustrator or Procreate.

• Develop patterns, embroidery motifs, and color stories that match the brand’s vibe.

• Trend & Market Research:

• Stay curious about global baby trends, materials, and product innovations.

• Spot opportunities to make our products more unique, functional, or beautiful.

• Collaborate:

• Work closely with the founder, suppliers, and manufacturers from concept to sample stage.

• Bring your creative energy and ideas to every discussion — we value initiative and experimentation.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a degree or background in textile/fashion/product design.

• Have 1–5 years of experience (but we love passionate fresh thinkers too!).

• Understand fabrics, baby safety standards, and what makes materials feel “just right.”

• Know your way around Adobe Illustrator or Procreate.

• Are hands-on, curious, and excited to research and test ideas.

• Love the process of creating — from mood boards to finished product.

• Prior work in the baby or kids’ segment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
