Job Role:
As a Junior Designer at Crio, you will support the design and development of our furniture collections. You’ll collaborate with senior designers and the product development team to bring fresh ideas to life, from concept to prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Contribute to ideation and design aligned with market trends and brand identity.
• Design Creation: Develop sketches, CAD drawings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Prototype Development: Assist in building prototypes and mock-ups with the manufacturing team.
• Material Selection: Research and suggest materials, finishes, and techniques to elevate product quality.
• Design Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and production to align design with market and production needs.
• Quality Control: Support inspections to ensure design integrity and brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Industrial, Furniture, or Product Design.
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; hand-sketching and rendering are a plus.
• Creativity: Strong design sense and awareness of trends and materials.
• Teamwork: Collaborative mindset across departments.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision in design and project execution.
• Passion: Genuine interest in furniture design and innovation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
