Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Product Designer to join our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about merging traditional craftsmanship with modern design sensibilities to create functional and aesthetically pleasing metal products for both urban and residential spaces. Responsibilities: Develop innovative and conceptual designs for new products, including lamp posts, luminaries, street furniture, gates, and other metal castings. Conduct extensive research and analysis to ensure designs are not only beautiful but also functional and value-adding. Collaborate with the in-house team of visualizers and craftsmen to bring concepts from ideation to execution. Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and align with the company's commitment to excellence and heritage value. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to continuously innovate and improve product design. Work towards creating products that are both visually appealing and durable for long-term use. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Industrial Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of product designs. Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to product and industrial design. A strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes, particularly metal casting and fabrication. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality, handcrafted products.
