The Role


You'll be our first Product Designer, crafting the interface that makes AI marketing operations feel intuitive, powerful, and trustworthy. This isn't about designing forms and dashboards—you're creating the visual language for human-AI collaboration in high-stakes marketing environments.

What you'll design:

  • AI Employee Interface

    - How users interact with, instruct, and monitor autonomous marketing agents
  • Real-time Decision Dashboards

    - Complex data visualizations that enable split-second strategic decisions
  • Multi-platform Command Center

    - Unified interface for orchestrating campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Trust and Transparency Systems

    - Visual frameworks that make AI decision-making understandable and controllable

What We're Looking For

Marketing Operations Understanding

  • 2+ years designing for marketing technology, advertising platforms, or analytics tools
  • Deep familiarity with marketing workflows, campaign management, and performance optimization
  • You understand the complexity marketers face and can simplify it through thoughtful design

AI-First Design Thinking

  • Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered products, chatbots, or autonomous systems
  • Understanding of how to make AI capabilities discoverable without overwhelming users
  • Ability to design for uncertainty—AI systems that learn, adapt, and sometimes make mistakes

Complex Data Visualization

  • Strong portfolio of dashboard, analytics, or business intelligence design work
  • Experience turning complex datasets into actionable insights through visual design
  • Understanding of how different user types consume and act on performance data

Rapid Prototyping & Iteration

  • Thrives in 0→1 environments where designs evolve based on user feedback
  • Can move from concept to high-fidelity prototype quickly
  • Comfortable testing design assumptions with real users and iterating based on learnings

Systems-Level Thinking

  • Experience building design systems and component libraries
  • Understands how design decisions scale across complex product surfaces
  • Can balance consistency with the flexibility needed for AI-driven interfaces

Founder-Level Ownership

  • Takes full ownership of user experience outcomes, not just visual deliverables
  • Previous startup or early-stage design leadership experience preferred
  • Comfortable presenting design decisions to customers, investors, and stakeholders


Technical Context

You'll be designing interfaces for several complex technical systems:

  • Real-time campaign optimization

    with performance data updating every few minutes
  • AI decision explanations

    that need to be clear but not overwhelming
  • Multi-platform coordination

    showing unified views of fragmented advertising ecosystems
  • Permission and approval workflows

    for AI actions that involve significant ad spend

The design challenge is making this complexity feel simple and trustworthy while maintaining the power users need.
