Product Designer

• Create 2D/3D mechanical designs and detailed drawings using CAD tools
• Develop product concepts, prototypes, and design improvements
• Apply strong mechanical design principles, material knowledge, and tolerance analysis
• Work with manufacturing processes such as sheet metal, machining, and plastics
• Coordinate with production, vendors, and engineering teams for design feasibility
• Prepare BOM, design reports, and technical documentation
• Ensure product quality, safety, and performance standards are met
• Troubleshoot design issues and provide practical engineering solutions
• Use problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication in daily tasks
