GrowthX is a membership club for leaders & founders. Our members are from Google, Amazon, Razorpay, Airbnb, CRED, Paytm, Zerodha, Swiggy- you name a startup and they'll most likely be part of GrowthX.

The GrowthX membership gives 3 things- one, structured learning taught by top leaders in the country, second, a curated social media platform that becomes their safe space to soundboard about anything, & third, orbit changing outcomes- whether it's cracking interviews, getting promoted or hiring their own teams.

GrowthX is a profitable company, and is also backed by the largest seed round in the world with 212 angel investors. Our founders were leaders from Razorpay & CRED and the team is a diverse team ex-founders, growth leaders, PHD researchers, game designers, & artists.

What will you do?

• Product discovery – run JTBD interviews, synthesize insights, translate into Figma flows.
• Interaction & visual design – craft wireframes to polished UI; obsess over micro-copy and motion.
• Design system stewardship – maintain tokens, docs, and automate hand-off to React/Tailwind.
• Prototyping & testing – build interactive prototypes, run usability tests, iterate with engineers.
• Cross-functional glue – partner with PMs, engineers, LX leads, and community to ship value fast.
• Quality bar – own details (empty states, edge cases, dark mode) for pixel-perfect mobile + desktop.

What are we looking for?

• Bring 3-6 yrs designing consumer-grade web / mobile products at scale.
• Can show shipped work that moved a metric (CVR, retention, NPS).
• Think in systems: IA, accessibility, design debt payoff plans.
• Prototype in Framer, Origami, or straight-up code.
• Love pairing with engineers and speak basic HTML/JS.
• Bonus: exposure to AI-first UI, motion design, or data viz.
