This professional will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and product flows, aligning innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business needs.🎯 Responsibilities

Develop and improve digital product design (apps, web, and integrations).

Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces.

Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams.

Ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.

Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to design improvements.

Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team.

✅ Requirements

Proven experience in digital product design.

Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Solid knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions.

Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams.

Updated portfolio with relevant project examples.

Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms.

Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
