We’re looking for Product Design Leaders who don’t just "do design" but drive it—people who can think strategically, lead passionately, and design fearlessly. 

The Role

As our Product Design Lead, you will take the helm of our product design team, owning the end-to-end design strategy for our global SaaS and mobile products. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to define and build products that are as elegant as they are effective. 

Here’s what your day might look like:

• Lead the UX vision & strategy for enterprise SaaS and mobile software that serves users across the globe. 
• Deep-dive into user behavior—conduct research, analyze data, and craft experiences that feel intuitive and effortless. 
• Define and scale design systems that ensure visual and functional consistency across platforms. 
• Design for AI-driven and agentic experiences, making AI interactions seamless, explainable, and valuable. 
• Optimize for a multi-device, multi-lingual world, ensuring accessibility, localization, and performance. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution. 
• Champion a data-driven approach—running A/B tests, analyzing heatmaps, and fine-tuning experiences based on real-world usage. 
• Mentor and lead a growing team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and excellence. 

What We’re Looking For

• We need a visual thinker and UI expert—someone who is obsessed with crafting beautiful, functional interfaces. 
• 4+ years of experience in UI Design, Visual Design, or Graphic Design for digital products. 
• A stunning portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and scalable UI designs (SaaS & mobile preferred). 
• Mastery of Figma (prefer Framer as well, but not required)—you’re a pro at component libraries, styles, and grids, and prototyping with Figma and/or Framer 
• A strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles—you know what makes a great interface. 
• Familiarity with UI animation and motion design (After Effects, Lottie, or Framer is a plus). 
• Experience designing for enterprise/SaaS applications is a big bonus! 
• Strong attention to detail—you care about every pixel, shadow, and transition. 
• Comfortable working within an established design system and contributing to its evolution. 
• Basic front-end understanding (HTML, CSS, Tailwind) is helpful but not required.
