We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Lead to join our dynamic team
As the Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring that our products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to deliver innovative and intuitive design solutions that meet user needs and business objectives
Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of product designers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and ensure high-quality design output
Drive the design strategy and vision, incorporating user research, market analysis, and stakeholder input to define product design goals and priorities
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements and technical constraints into effective design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and interface design
Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints, maintaining design systems and style guides
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design to drive continuous innovation and improvement
Advocate for user-centered design principles and champion the importance of design in driving business success
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create visually engaging materials that support product launches and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed to supplement the internal design team's capabilities
