Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation & Research Specialist. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting lead generation and research activities. Your tasks will include identifying potential clients, collecting and analyzing relevant data, and providing insights to the sales team. You will also play a key role in developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts and enhance the companys overall sales and marketing performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads through databases, social media, industry publications, and other sources.
  • Develop a comprehensive list of target accounts and key contacts, focusing on decision-makers and influencers.
  • Gather contact information and other relevant data about potential leads.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including email marketing campaigns, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media outreach.
  • Implement tools and technologies to automate and optimize lead generation processes.
  • Perform preliminary qualification of leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the company s target profile.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess the potential fit for Millipixels services.
  • Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation efforts based on data analysis.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with broadeR marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with SDRs and the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of leads.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a lead generation or sales development role, preferably in the technology or outsourcing industry.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Proficiency with lead generation tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools (e.g., email marketing platforms, SEO tools).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and persistence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
