Product Design Lead

Role Overview: You will drive the vision and execution of a user-centric design strategy aligned with business goals. You will partner with product and engineering leads to define and ship high-impact solutions. Additionally, you will own and evolve the design system and processes to scale design quality across products. Your role will involve conducting design reviews, providing actionable and constructive feedback, and fostering a strong design culture through workshops, critiques, and regular team alignment. Furthermore, you will represent the design function in leadership forums and decision-making discussions.
