- Execute end-to-end design processes, including interaction design, prototyping, and testing.
- Work on design quality, delivery outcomes, and craft excellence to ensure high-quality designs.
- Contribute to defining design direction within projects and apply established frameworks and problem-solving methods.
- Conduct UX research using tools and templates as part of the design process.
- Collaborate closely with peers and PMs to execute scoped work and demonstrate end-to-end product design process and execution quality.
- Communicate rationale and designs clearly to peers and stakeholders, applying UX writing principles and content patterns.

- Portfolio showing high-fidelity solutions and usability depth, with limited UX process or research exposure.
- Experience in End-to-end UX design, interaction design, prototyping, visual craft, experience design, service design, and content design integration.
- Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
