The Role We are seeking a talented LangGraph Developer to join our AI development team. In this role, you will design and implement stateful, multi-agent systems using LangGraph , enabling advanced language model orchestration and agent collaboration. You’ll work at the cutting edge of LLM application development, creating sophisticated workflows that require reasoning, memory, and structured interactions across agents. Key Responsibilities Design and develop stateful agent workflows using LangGraph for a variety of use cases. Collaborate with prompt engineers, data scientists, and product teams to build modular and scalable LLM applications. Implement graph-based architectures that coordinate language models, tools, and memory. Integrate external APIs, databases, and vector stores into LangGraph workflows. Optimize performance, latency, and cost of multi-agent systems. Test, monitor, and debug LangGraph pipelines in production environments. Document architecture, nodes, and agent behavior clearly for internal teams. Required Technical Skills Strong Python programming skills. Experience with LangGraph and LangChain frameworks. Familiarity with LLMs like GPT-4, Claude, or open-source models (e.g., Mistral, LLaMA). Experience with state machines, DAGs, or workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect). Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent design, and memory architectures. Experience with APIs, webhooks, and external tool integration. Preferred Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma). Experience building multi-agent systems or autonomous agents (e.g., AutoGPT, CrewAI, AgentOps). Background in AI/ML, NLP, or computational linguistics.
